Old traditional feeding barn recently converted to provide a very high standard of accommodation. Only 2.5 miles from the sandy beach of Instow sits in an elevated position with far reaching views over the River Taw estuary and up to the hills of Exmoor.

We are 2 miles from the nearest Beach of Instow which is a quaint small seaside vilage. We also have other lovely beaches nearby and plenty of beautiful walking along the coastal path. Exmoor is not far. Barnstable and Bideford are our two local market towns both 4-5 miles away. Exeter is aprox 1 houre by road or rail. There are lots of small vilages in the area to explore and many beautiful garden to visit. A day trip to Lundy Island is what many guests fit into there stay wile at Huish Moor.

Notes: The property has been recently converted to a high standard throughout. The open planned living area is light, spacious and has high ceilings with exposed timbers and stone walls. Full central heating, and a wood burning stove (logs provided). The living room windows have views over open countryside, one of which looks out to sea where Lundy Island can be seen on a clear day.
In addition to the three bedrooms there are two sofabeds and a cot can be made available. There is one bathroom and one shower room both with W.C.'s. Outside in the garden there is a gas fired barbecue. Christmas and New Year Thursday to Thursday change over.
