Villa Firanella is a splendid villa set into the coastline just 20 meters (about 65 feet) from the sea, with a large private swimming pool, terraces and a garden. It has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri. Villa Firanella can sleep 14 people. It has seven bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and mini-fridges, and six bathrooms. There are also three spacious living rooms and a large kitchen. The rental includes four hours per day of cleaning service. At Villa Firanella, you will have at your disposition: about 500 square meters (roughly 5380 square feet) of space, distributed over three floors and served by an elevator. You will find spacious terraces with views of the sea at the first and second upper floors, and a large patio shaded by arches on the ground level. The patio extends onto a terrace of 200 square meters (roughly 2150 square feet) set above the sea. A long stairway, elegantly designed and adorned with statues, leads you from this terrace to the swimming pool. This splendid swimming pool-15 x 7.5 meter (50 x 25 feet), 1.20 meters to 3 meters deep (4 feet to 10 feet deep)-extends across a long terrace that is set above the sea. You will be just 20 meters (about 65 feet) from the sea, and will have access to the warm ocean and a nearby pebbly beach, just 50 meters (about 164 feet) from the villa. You will also have a spacious parking area. But above all, you will spend your vacation in a location that practically gives new meaning to the word "breathtaking.". When you are on the terraces of Villa Firanella, you will be constantly enchanted by the splendor of the panorama that opens up before you. You will be at the center of a small bay that faces out to the sea like an amphitheater. To the right and left of you, two small rocky capes covered with greenery reach out toward the sea. Distributed along the coastline, among the leafy groves of olive and lemon trees, you will see elegant villas and smaller houses surrounded by greenery and flowers. At Villa Firanella, you will have a front-row seat from which to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. In front of you, you will see only the vast horizon of deep-blue ocean and azure sky. And between the blue of the sea and the sky, like a mirage rising from the ocean, you will see-just to your left-the entire profile of the island of Capri, large and quite nearby. This is a splendid panorama, to which the terraces of Villa Firanella form a charming "frame." The terraces are paved with majolica tiles in the vibrant blue of the deep ocean, and surrounded by white balustrades. All around, there are clean white statues, brickwork tables and seating covered with blue and white mosaics, vases decorated with flowers and lamp-posts that illuminate the property after dark. Close by the house and the pool, you will be able to relax and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you, in many pleasant corners furnished with tables, benches, lounging chairs and umbrellas. The villa is very close to the sea. Its terraces and the swimming pool are set directly above the see, which is about 20 meters (about 65 feet) below. From the terraces, you can see the deep, warm ocean, which shimmers from a clear, translucent green to a glorious blue as the water deepens. Descending by the narrow path along the rocky coastline which is close by the villa, you will be able to reach the pebbly beach and a pier for small boats. In the evening, you will be able to watch the sun setting over the sea, followed by the myriad tiny lights that glitter along the coastline and on the islands, gently illuminating the night sky, while a pleasant, gentle breeze blows from the ocean to cool the coastline. Inside the villa, you will have at your disposal exceptionally splendid and roomy internal spaces. On the ground floor, there is a spacious hall with a large fireplace, a long table for mealtimes, and a sitting area with divan and chairs. Next to this room is a large kitchen, equipped with six burners, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry room and a toilet. A stairway or the elevator will take you to the first level, which is also where you will find the main entryway to the villa. Here, you will find a magnificent sitting room, floored with elegant blue and white majolica tiles crafted by local artisans. Three large glass doors with arches offer access to a large terrace with a view of the sea. This sitting room is furnished with divans and armchairs. Next to the sitting room there is an elegant suite with a view of the sea. This suite consists of an anteroom with a sitting area and a double-bedded room with a bathroom equipped with jacuzzi tub. On the same level, there is also a second double-bedded room with an ensuite bathroom with tub. At the upper level of the villa, there are another five bedrooms and a gracious living room with divans and armchairs. This level can also be reached by either the stairs or the elevator. Two of the double-bedded rooms have ensuite bathrooms with tubs and glass doors through which you can reach the terrace with its ocean view. The third bedroom has two single beds and a small ensuite bathroom with shower. One of the remaining two bedrooms has a double bed, and the other one has two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with tub. The terraces in front of these rooms are furnished with sun-lounging chairs and small tables. All the bathrooms with tubs are also fitted with showerheads. The furnishings are elegant and complete. You will find that everything has been put in order with great care. Outside the villa, in front of the principal entrance, there is a spacious courtyard where you can park your cars in the shadow of a grape pergola. Villa Firanella is located inside an elegant complex of villas constructed for vacations, distributed along one of the most strikingly beautiful sections of coastline on the Sorrentine Peninsula. The complex is reached by a private gated road, to which only the residents have access. Villa Firanella is located 2 km (about 1.2 miles) from the center of Massa Lubrense, and about 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles) from Sorrento. The bus stop is about 700 meters (less than half a mile) away, and you will find grocery shops and restaurants just 1.5 km (just slightly less than a mile) away. In this area, there is a broad selection of excellent restaurants. This is also an excellent home base from which to visit many places of interest for sightseeing. From Sorrento you will be able to board ferries to Capri and to the other island of the Gulf of Naples, as well as to Naples itself, and to Amalfi, Positano and the other towns of the Amalfi Coast.. The Amalfi side of the Sorrentine Peninsula can be easily reached from Villa Firanella either by car or by bus. For example, you will be able to reach Positano in half an hour, along a road that at every curve will disclose new views of a breathtaking seascape that is among the world's most beautiful scenic areas. The excavations of Pompeii can be reached in approximately one hour by car, or by taking a train from Sorrento. You will also be within easy reach of Caserta and its wonderful Royal Palace.
