The estate includes a large pool ovelooking the water, a paddle tennis court and a putting green. A boatman and housekeeper are included plus your own private launch that can hold 12-13 people. It typically takes about 15 minutes by boat to reach Hamilton Harbor in the north of the island.
There is a separate pool house and a small chapel, plus two boat docks - accommodating yachts up to a draught of 6 feet at low tide.
The owner also lives on the island in the separate Boat House.

Staff quarters on the lower ground floor of the main house can provide two additional bedrooms - one double plus one queen - at an addtional cost.
