Located in the middle of the famous Jordaan Quarter of the old centre, with its many shops, cafés and restaurants, this pleasant and spatious 3 bedroom apartment is an ideal and cosy place for group and family vacations.
It is just around the corner of the 17th century Noorderkerk church and close to the Anne Frank house, the Westerkerk church and the Central Station (about 10 min. walk). On the square in front of the Noorderkerk church there is a well-known biological open-air food market, every Saturday.
This is a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms.
The apartment is on the second and third floor.
The lower floor has the spacious living room, the kitchen, the pantry (with washer and dryer) and a bathroom with shower (no bath tub) and toilet.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and the second (larger) bathroom with bath tub and also a toilet.
The kitchen has all utensils, a dish washer, a micro wave, a convection (regular) oven, a toaster and a coffee machine. Basic foodstuffs such as herbs, salt, sugar etc. are supplied.
The living room has a tv, a video and a dvd/cd player. The dinner table has 6 chairs, 2 extra chairs are available if needed.
All rooms have several windows, creating a light atmosphere throughout the apartment, and in the living room there is a French balcony (= doors that open to the inside).
A phone line is available, which you can also use for a dial-up internet connection (local dial-up number will be supplied).
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Beds and bedrooms:
Master bedroom: queen size (1.60 m x 2 m / 4.8 x 6 ft), non-separable. Here are also 2 chairs that can convert in a comfortable single bed.
Second bedroom: double bed, non-separable (1.40 m x 2 m / 4.2 x 6 ft)
Third bedroom: king size, separable into twins, but can be made as a double (1.80 m x 2 m / 5.4 x 6 ft)
There is also a baby crib and a play pen for small children in the apartment.
All bedrooms are on the upper floor of the apartment. There are fans in the bedroom.
