Villa Kiki is a newly built modern villa.It is situated in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the village and touristik area of Maleme in the area of Pirgo Psilonerou.
The beach is in a distance of 250 m from the villa and the nearest mini market is 500 m away.A tavern can be found in a close distance of 300m. The beautiful town of Hania is about 16 km away.
Villa Kiki is a one storey house.
It consits of 3 bedrooms and has a size of 130 sqm. and is suitable for up to 6 people. Entering the house there are a spacious living dining area with a fireplace and an open plan fully equipped kitchen surrounded by a big balcony with view to the pool and the sea. Further on there are three bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. The villa has a shower /WC and a bath/WC.
The bedroom with the double bed is equipped with an a/c. In the equipment of the villa belong all the necessary electrical appliances such as refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, a TV-set as well as a stereo hi-fi.
On the exterior of the villa there is a beautiful garden where there is a swimming pool in a size of 35 sqm , with sun beds and parasols ,a barbecue as long as other garden furniture.
A car is considered to be essential in order to explore the area and the whole island.
