Well located in the Marais near the Musée des Arts et Metiers, the apartment is just minutes from the Métro and very convenient to local shopping and looks out to an open courtyard. 3rd Arr. Métro: Arts et Metiers. The street is very quiet, and the apartment is quite close to the famous restaurant L'Ami Louis. The apartment has one bedroom that has two double beds and a living room with a sofa bed that makes another double bed. Located off the living room is a cozy dining alcove that can accommodate up to six people. The green and yellow paint scheme and the original furnishings highlight the stylish art deco decor period. In the bedroom you'll find two art deco bedside tables and a cupboard and in the living room are paintings and a buffet- all dating back to the 1930's. And for comfort during those warm summer nights, there is even air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped for light cooking with a electric stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator, and a clothes washing machine (no dryer). Also in the kitchen is a toaster, two types of coffee makers- an automatic drip coffee maker and a coffee press, tea kettle, plates, cups, and utensils necessary for up to six people. Food shopping couldn't be any easier with the brand new FranPrix supermarket right next door. The bathroom has a toilet, basin, and shower. Each room is electrically heated.
