Villa Tollos is situated in the area of Gallos in a quiet area just 5 km. from the town of Rethymno and 3km from the closest beach.
The villa is in the middle of the unique oak tree forest of the whole island. It is 130 m2 and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. Taverns, shops and a bakery can be found in the village of Atsipopoulo just 1,5 km. away.
There is a large choice of shops and tourist amenities in the town of Rethymnon.
This villa is stone built and furnished in a traditional style. It is divided in 2 floors connected with wooden stairs.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, an open fireplace, satellite TV, and a stereo system. Leading off the living room there is an open plan dining area and a well- equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.
Further on there are 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 single ones and a bathroom with WC and a bathtub with showerhead.
A internal wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom, with shower/WC. The upstairs bedroom leads out onto a large sun terrace with beautiful views over the countryside and the sea . At the side of the villa there is a pool in a size of 35 sqm with sunbeds and umbrellas around.
Car hire is considered to be essential.
