This charming, recently built, clean,comfortable house is an ideal choice for a relaxing and care-free holiday. The main floor consists of two twin bedrooms and bathroom, a brand new kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and electric oven,etc.
The large lounge/dining area leads out to a covered terrace with dining table for eight, and beyond a well established lawn with palm trees providing shade. To the side of the house is the garden terrace with a large pearl shaped swimming pool,with rock waterfall, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and which has a sea view. There is a porch by the pool to provide shade from the midday sun, with bbq and garden/pool lights for dining out at night. On the ground floor there is a living area with separate entrance, a large lounge with kitchenette, with fridge,microwave,kettle,coffee maker etc. making it ideal to prepare drinks and snacks. Leading off are two large twin bedrooms,one bathroom and a showerroom on suite.
The house is within walking distance of the village of San Jose, and is situated on the hills overlooking the bay of San Antonio.

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and in the area downstairs the kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and so is useful for preparing snacks and drinks. The house has secluded areas for moments of quiet and relax. The outside of the house is well lit at night and the pretty garden terrace has lights for outside dining and pool lights for late night swimming.
The house is well situated for the nearby coves of Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida, Cala d'Hort, Cala Moli, Cala Conta etc. Very picturesque scenery and clean, clear water. A local fisherman can take you on a trip around the island of Es Vedra. We can help with other activities such as wind-surfing, diving and catamaran. We can also advise on reliable and competitive car hire.
San Jose is a village of great character, and has bars restaurants and shops. Nearby are good restaurants for eating out and a quiet relaxed holiday can be enjoyed well away from the night life that Ibiza is well known for. For those who want outrageous night life, and clubbing the house is well situated for all the main clubs - (20 mins by car) and the house provides all the daytime peace and quiet needed to recuperate.
Children will enjoy the open spaces for running around and are welcome. Babysitting can be arranged.
