Further on the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, shower/wc and a washing machine.
A staircase leads to the second floor which has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed, and all of the bedrooms have balconies with beautiful garden and sea views.
Upstairs, there is also a small seating area, and a large bathroom with bath/wc. Villa Diskopi is equipped with central heating, at an extra charge, for the cooler times of the year. The provision of hot water is supplied with both solar and an electric heating system. The nearest long sandy beach is only 1700 metres away. Outside in the lovely gardens, there is a barbecue and plenty of patio furniture.
There is a mini market about 500 metres from the villa, and the nearest taverna can be found at approx. 900 metres. More tavernas and shops can be found in the villages of Georgioupolis and Argiroupolis, at a distance of about 5 km, and the town of Rethymno is approx. 13 km away.
We do consider that car hire is essential, There is plenty of parking space available.
