This newly built villa is located in the seaside town of Hammamet, only 300 yards from one of the most pristine beaches in Tunisia. It is designed in a unique Mediterranean style and features a private swimming pool and a terrace. Hammamet is one of the top destinations in Tunisia, thanks to its golden sand beaches, lush gardens, and well-kept fourteenth-century medina. The town also boasts a large new marina and an international golf complex. This area lies southeast of the capital, Tunis (within a 50-minute drive). In the immediate vicinity, you will find recreational activities including waterskiing, bicycling, horseback riding, and even camel riding. In addition, the villa is within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants, cafes, and wine bars. The villa harmoniously combines modern-day conveniences with traditional architectural features. The decor emphasizes color and authentic Tunisian elements such as traditional hand-made rugs, local fabrics, and handcrafted ceramics. The villa consists of a main house on the ground floor and two apartments on the upper floor (one occupied by household staff). The main house features four bedrooms (two queen beds, three single beds), two bathrooms (one en-suite) and two showers, a spacious living room, a sitting area, a dining room with a view of the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso machine, and blender). Each apartment on the upper floor includes two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Amenities: Air conditioning, washer and dryer; outdoor furniture and barbecue; free satellite TV, DVD player, CD player/stereo; Turkish hookah. Our friendly staff will provide you with full housekeeping and will cook authentic Tunisian dinners every night of your stay. The management can arrange for a day trip to Tunis to discover its bustling bazaars, its ancient medina, the famous ruins of the city of Carthage, and much more. (Extra charges apply.) This villa is suitable for a maximum of eleven people (seven in the main house and four in the upper-floor apartment).
