This attractive, contemporary villa is located in a new and exclusive lakefront development in the Orlando area. It is just 13 and a half miles from Disney World, 26 miles from SeaWorld, and 28 miles from Universal Orlando. The community features a gated entrance and planned lakefront facilities, including a clubhouse, picnic area, and watersports. The villa features a private pool and a quiet corner location. The villa is comfortably furnished and includes four bedrooms (two master bedrooms and two twin rooms), three bathrooms, living room (with sofabed) opening onto the pool deck and covered lanai (terrace), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor dining area. There are two master bedrooms, one king-size and one queen-size, both with separate doors to the pool area. Additional features: full air conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, wireless Internet access, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washer/dryer. Linens and towels are included. The large, curved pool also includes a Jacuzzi spa tub. The pool deck has been extended, allowing plenty of room for sunbathing. There is a removable children's safety barrier in the pool area.
