On the upper level, with independent entrance, there is a third bedroom, double with a huge terrace with smashing views and a shower toilette.
On the large land area in front of the house the swimming pool is situated, also a covered porch area. 1.9 off road until the main road, San José 5 kms, Cala Tarida 5 kms.
