This recently constructed villa is located in the beautiful Costa Brava village of L'Escala. The villa has been furnished with the highest regard for style and luxury, as well as being practical for large parties or two families wishing to share a holiday. On the first level there are three bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool, and one with en suite, and one family bathroom. On the second level there are a further two bedrooms and bathroom located via a marble staircase. On this level there is also a games room with table tennis , pool table and table football. There is also an additional children's TV/DVD lounge area, should the younger members of the party want to relax after a swim in the beautiful pool, which can be located from the living/dining area, bedroom and kitchen (pool 7m X 4M). The beach is located approximately 10 minutes walk, where along with a lovely beach front you can find numerous bars and restaurants. Local supermarkets are also located nearby.
