This beautiful 7 bedroom interior designed house is set in a wonderful position beach side off the Route de Plages. It has large fenced grounds with electronic security gates and a huge heatable swimming pool with a tiled and wooden decked surround and pool house bar with outdoor shower as well as plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The gardens also include a play area with trampoline and table tennis, an organic vegetable garden for guests use and many beautiful terraces and seating/dining areas. The house has a master bedroom with its own bathroom and sitting room on the first floor with a further 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, all en-suite one with bathroom two with shower rooms. There is another double bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor with a door leading to the wrap around terrace. Bedrooms 6 and 7 on the lower floor have their own independent entrance as well as access from the house. One is a double with en-suite bathroom and the other an independent studio with double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and living/dining area with small kitchen, both have a small private terrace with table and chairs. The interior of the house is very contemporary with several Indian and Balinese pieces of furniture and art. There is a large comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, a separate TV room with wall mounted flat screen television with UK satellite and video together with a very modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room. On the lower level is a second television room. There is also a wi-fi connection for ease of internet access. In summer the dining table is located on the covered terrace with distant sea views, and benefits from a cooling sea breeze. There are sofas and various seating areas spread around the terrace to make full use of the space and provide some quiet corners. The pool is non chlorine and can be heated for out of season rentals. Despite being only minutes from Pampelonne beach and Club55 the house has a tranquil ambience and is very child friendly with huge areas for play. The price includes maid service 3 hours 5 days a week. The gardien lives on the grounds in a separate apartment and will happily provide guests with driving services which are payable locally.
