This is a wonderfully large mansion apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, on the ground floor with a small balcony overlooking the street. This is a non-smoking residence. No residential telephone line is provided, so bring your cellphone.
Kitchen: The very good size kitchen is bright and well organized with good work storage and workspace. There is a double gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a separate dryer. A small breakfast table is provided with four chairs.
Receptions: This is an extensive, double reception & dining room - delightfully light and sunny. It is decorated in neutral color shades with contemporary furniture and decorative objects. A large bookcase covers the wall in the dining area which has a round wooden table with chairs for up to eight people.
The sitting room area has three large sofas, gathered around a large coffee table. This unusual and spacious entertaining room overlooks the street and opens onto a small and charming balcony with a table and few chairs. A TV and HiFi system are provided.
Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms: A spacious ensuite master bathroom with a double washbasin, bidet, WC, bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. The second bathroom comes with a bathtub, WC, washbasin and a wall-attached shower. The third bathroom has a WC, washbasin and a shower cubicle.
Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms; all are very quiet and light with comfortable beds, reading lamps and side tables. Two bedrooms are ensuite with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, TV, walk in cupboard and the ensuite bathroom. There are two further double bedrooms one of which is also ensuite. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. All bedrooms come with good accessories and storage space.
