Casa Burada enjoys a lovely hillside location with spectacular views across the surrounding countryside and pine forests to the sea.
The property consists of an old Ibicencan farmhouse with outhouses, which have been lovingly restored and renovated to the highest of standards. It has wonderful thick stone walls and high beamed ceilings, which are more than 2 foot thick that keep the house cool in the heat of summer.
The house is ideal for larger parties wanting a quiet, rural location, close to the village of San Rafael, but also with easy access to the popular resorts of Ibiza Town and San Antonio.
The accommodation is divided between the main house and several outhouses. In the main houses there is a living room. There is a kitchen with microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There are three spacious double bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite. There are a further five, smaller twin bedrooms located in the nearby outhouses, which share shower rooms and bathrooms. There is a further large living room with satellite television and CD player which is again located in a separate outhouse.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by terracing with sunloungers. Casa Burada enjoys wonderful terraced gardens that have been planted with citrus fruit, almond, olive, fig and palm trees as well as aloe vera and wild flowers. Lawned gardens lead from the house to the ornamental well, pond and to the swimming pool.
The owners live on site and may be seen around the properpty. They do not use the pool.
