Situated just above the tiny village of Kaminaki, Villa Tina stands on its own amidst olive trees, and has lovely sea views from every room and terrace. The village, with its perfect pebble beach, that seems to acquire a little more sand each year, with its handful of friendly tavernas and one small shop, is 250 metres away down a fairly steep road that, it goes without saying, seems slightly steeper on the return trip! The results repay the effort however in each direction – Villa Tina has just a little more privacy than the houses down below, and superb views, while the bathing and boating at the beach itself are quite exceptional.
The interior of the villa is attractively furnished and equipped, but it is the exterior areas that are the great attraction – a huge outside terrace living area, partly covered and with a built-in barbecue, makes a fantastic setting for that essential of summer living – the al fresco meal. As for the magnificent swimming pool, it is surrounded by broad terraces that extend into a superb sunbathing area and overlooks a view of the sea that it is impossible to tire of.
