The villa	Pool

This lovely villa is located in Orlando, Florida, just 12 minutes from Disney World. It is situated on US Highway 27, five minutes from I-4, giving easy access to all the main tourist attractions, shopping malls, and over 20 championship golf courses. The villa features an extended deck and pool, which can be accessed from the living area and the main master suite. The extended deck provides ample room for sunbathing, while a covered lanai provides shade. Newly built in 2003, this very comfortable villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (ideal for two families wanting to vacation together), and a further 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom. The villa also includes large living and dining areas and an open-plan kitchen, with doors out onto the covered lanai, deck, and pool. The main living area has high vaulted ceilings, giving the villa a light and airy feeling. The villa does not back onto other properties and so offers more privacy. (All doors and windows onto the pool area are alarmed for children's safety.) The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all utensils and crockery. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Amenities: cable TV in living area and all 4 bedrooms; Playstation 2/DVD player; CD player.
