Newton Abbot is a bustling market town only a few miles from the south Devon coast or a half hour drive from Dartmoor National Park. Climbing steeply out of the centre of the town you will find Minster House perched up high above with some lovely southerly views over rolling countryside. Adjoining the Owners' home, this single-storey property is most attractive and inside there is plenty of space for two families (or one large one). The enormous sitting/dining-room, which has separate television and study areas, leads through large glass doors to a very pretty patio. With a games-room (table-tennis, a small pool table and darts) and a private heated indoor swimming pool (please supervise children at all times), it is quite likely guests will not venture very far afield. However, should anyone wish to explore the area, there is a lovely walk across National Trust land to an inviting pub in the pretty village of East Ogwell or a twenty minute stroll through fields to the centre of Newton Abbot. With plenty of good beaches within a short drive and everything the property itself has to offer, guests are sure to be delighted with Minster House. Accommodation Ground Floor Entrance hall.
