This lovely villa enjoys a wonderful oceanfront location on the Dutch side of the island of St. Maarten (St. Martin). The property features a very private 32-foot pool and sun deck at the water's edge. The sunsets are magnificent. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay, and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches—and everything on this small island is just a short drive away. You can enjoy the best of island cuisine at St. Maarten's gourmet restaurants, or dine al fresco at home, under the covered dining atrium overlooking the ocean. During your stay, you can experience two different cultures and cuisines as you explore Dutch St. Maarten and the French side of the island, St. Martin. The villa includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor dining area with charcoal grill. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, with a mixture of rattan furnishings and island-style decor. Air conditioning. Cable TV and VCR.
