Casa Livur is a deluxe villa situated just outside the village of San Carlos.
The village is only small but has all the amenities required with some excellent tapas bars and restaurants, a doctors , a chemist , a bank, a church and a bakery/supermarket. It's only a 5 minutes drive from some of the best beaches on the island and the town of Santa Eulalia is just a few minutes away by car.
The villa is situated in the countryside amongst the olive and orange groves.
It is of very high standard and consists of a lounge , kitchen , 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms all en suite and 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom, 2 cloakrooms, parking, private pool and BBQ
The villa is fully air conditioned with Sat TV , DVD and music system. The fully equipped kitchen has all the mod cons - freezer-fridge-dishwasher-washing machine-microwave etc
The bedrooms all have there own TV and there are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin sleeping in total a maximum of 10 people.
