On the outskirts of the small hillside village of Gastouri, just ten kilometers from Corfu Town and two kilometres from the coastal village of Perama, a private driveway leads to the beautiful gardens of Villa Kostas.
The villa opens out to large stone terraces with views across lawns, surrounding the magnificent pool, to the majestic cypress and oak trees. An acre of private grounds, bordered by mature trees, ensures that the villa is not overlooked. One of the terraces contains a shaded barbecue and dining area and on the other terraces one can find both sun and shade throughout the day.
Views from the gardens take in the valleys below and in the distance, the village of Kinopastes.
Two large sitting rooms open out on to the main terrace and there are also two kitchens. The villa is comfortably furnished and will suit families with young children as the pool area is clearly visible from the front terraces
The nearest supermarket is a drive of five minutes; four good tavernas can be found within a ten minute drive and there is a sandy beach within a twenty minute drive at Agios Gordis.
