Built to luxury designer standards this brand new villa is positioned in an attractive seaside village, only 40 metres from a sand and pebble beach.
Set on a quiet little branch road at the eastern end of the village, the generously proportioned two-storey house is 240sqm in size, with a 300sqm garden, and can accommodate between 6 to 10 people.
To the rear of the villa there is a 32sqm swimming pool, equipped with sun beds, and garden shower. There is a mobile barbecue, plenty of parking space to the rear of the house, plus a garage with an automatic door, suitable for one car.
The bright and airy main living area has high ceilings with wooden beams, and lots of windows. The furniture is comfortable, hand made and of a high quality. Great attention has been given to the decoration of the house, creating a warm welcoming atmosphere. All of the balconies have their own patio furniture, and there is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area.
The main entrance is reached via a stone stairway. Entering there is a large dining area separated by a breakfast bar from the fully equipped built in kitchenette (with microwave and dishwasher) and this opens to a covered sun terrace with sea views, and to the pool. A wooden staircase leads up to an open plan sitting room with fireplace and satellite TV. From here there is a corner balcony with views over the pool, the sea and the surroundings.
Further on this level there is a double bedroom with en suite shower/WC and a small balcony overlooking the front entrance. Off the dining area another wooden staircase leads down to the ground floor area.
Here there is a double bedroom that opens to a covered veranda with pool and sea views, a bath/WC with bathtub (whirlpool jets) a twin bedroom with exit to a small terrace where there is a secondary entrance suitable for handicapped persons.
A number of stone steps, off the ground floor, leads to the pool area. There is a shower/WC, a sitting area and a kitchenette with washbasin, a small fridge and a washing machine. The garage is also reachable from here via steps. A wide folding door opens to the pool area, with outdoor shower. When there are more than 6 persons at the villa, then a further two, lower level living/bedrooms can be utilised; these are reached, via a door, and stone staircase. These areas contain a sitting/sleeping area with a sofa and two armchairs that become single beds, a shower/WC, and a spacious twin bedroom.
The sitting/sleeping room opens to a covered veranda overlooking the rear parking area of the house and the surrounding landscape.
All amenities, shops and cafés are close by in the village, with the nearest taverna being only 50 m away.
