sailing and resort destination. There is a pebble beach by the Kalkan harbor, and several
gorgeous sandy beaches within easy reach (10-20 minutes' ride on the local bus).
This large three-story villa has been designed and furnished to a very high
standard, with marble floors and air conditioning throughout. The villa
comprises 4 bedrooms (3 king-size double, 1 twin), 4 bathrooms with shower (3 ensuite),
large open-plan living/dining room opening onto beautiful, fully equipped kitchen (with
large refrigerator/freezer). Two additional guests may be accommodated with extra
single beds in the twin bedroom or the single-sized sofa/daybed in the living area. The
outdoor areas include a large gallery-style balcony/veranda, a roof terrace, garden, and
an outside dining area. Amenities: TV, DVD and CD players, washing machine,
