Villa Chopinne is a lovely 3 bedroom villa in a very tranquil setting, close to many charming French villages, such as Valbonne and Mougins, and the larger towns of Grasse and Cannes.
It is located at the end of a cul de sac in a spacious countryside environment and enjoys views over the hillside and out to the town of Plasscassier.
The villa has a very welcoming and comfortable feel to it. The living/dining room open onto a shaded terrace where you can have all your meals as you overlook the garden and pool area. There is a gas barbecue on which to prepare those summer meals.
The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto a back courtyard. The 3 bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms open onto the large terrace and have nice views of the garden. The beautiful, tiled pool has a large terrace around it, perfect for sunbathing. The pool area is completely enclosed for added child safety. The gardens are well maintained and very peaceful.
Overall this is a lovely place to holiday for a family of 6 or group of friends.
