This is a two bedroom, two bathroom lower ground floor apartment in a converted period building with its own entrance
Decor:
Traditional English in pretty pale colours. The flat has been totally renovated by an interior designer and is in the best of taste. Everything is brand new and in pristine condition
Kitchen:
The kitchen is really lovely, fitted with new units and effective mirrored mosaic tiling. It has all new appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a gas hob and electric oven. There is a large cupboard in the entrance hall with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Receptions:
The reception room is large and divided into two. The sitting area has a fireplace with a working gas log fire, 2 futons that could be used as sofa beds, comfortable chairs and a coffee table. There is a TV, DVD, fax machine and wireless internet. (Please note MAC users may have some difficulty connecting). The dining area is at the other end of the room, near the kitchen, and has a large dining table that seats between six and eight people.
Bathrooms:
Two. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a tub, wash-hand basin, loo and a good power shower over the tub. It is stylishly decorated in marble with slate floors. The second bathroom is the same.
Bedrooms:
Two. The master bedroom is pretty and has a set of twin beds that could be zipped and linked together for a large double/king bed. This room has a whole wall of fitted cupboards. There is an en-suite bathroom and the room overlooks a small patio.
The second, smaller bedroom has a set of twin beds, one of which could be folded and stored away.
Pimlico is a short walk to Victoria Mainline Station, Parliament Square, the Tate Britain Gallery and all the super places of interest along the river Thames. This is a lovely place to stay and marvellous for sightseeing.
