Casa La Fila is a spacious new home with a beautiful view overlooking the coastline and Fila Chonta Mountain range. The 1000 sq. foot covered terrace is perfect for viewing the wildlife while watching the sunset, barbecuing, entertaining or taking a dip in the tiled pool with ocean views.
The pathways surrounding the home allow you a close up view of Costa Rica's tropical plants and trees that attract a large variety of butterflies and birds. The endangered Titi monkeys are frequent visitors to the property. Casa La Fila, situated in an excellent neighborhood, has a unique open design allowing an ocean view from all principal rooms.
