Villa Letisia is a wonderful stone built villa with a lot of character. It can accommodate up to 8 people and it is located in a village just 4 km. away from the Venetian town of Rethymno.
It has a lovely private pool and sun beds for relaxing next to the pool. A Barbecue next to the pool will make your cooking a lovely experience next to the pool water and maybe under the stars of our skies.
The village is a small town with a lot of amenities within walking distance from the villa. The village has a pizza restaurant, a few tavernas, an Internet café, a pastry shop, a bakery, a couple of supermarkets and an ATM of the commercial bank of Greece.
The visitor will enjoy his stay in this wonderful villa especially that everything is within 2 minutes walking distance. This village is a quiet village and the way of Cretan layback living will give a nice feeling of the visitor about our nice quiet living on this beautiful island. The villa itself is a spacious one with 4 bedrooms. Entering the villa there is a sitting-living area with and open plan fully equipped kitchen.
On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 2 more bedrooms that also share a bathroom with bathtub.
An exit leads to a big terrace with a lovely view to the village, the mountains and the countryside.
