Villa Stelka a newly built villa in a size of about 130 sqm, suitable for up to 6 people. It is situated in a village, a well known resort where all amenities can be found, on the south of Crete in Rethymno province, 32 km from the beautiful town of Rethymnon. The distance to the beach and all the amenities is only 100 m away. The villa is 130 sqm in size consisted of two storeys and can accommodate up to 6 people. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a spacious living, dining room, with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo Hi-Fi, air-condition, modern furniture and lights. Next to the living room is an open plan fully equipped kitchen. Three stairs lead to a bedroom with a double bed , air conditioning, with its own balcony. On that level there is also a bath/wc. An Internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are two more modern decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds , sharing a bath/wc. A big terrace on that floor offers nice niews to the village of Plakias and the countryside.Outside there is a private swimming pool, 30 sqm, equipped with sun beds, sunshades, garden shower. A car is not considered to be essential as the amenities of Plakias resort is in walking distance, unless you would like to explore the south part of Crete.
