Our holiday apartment home is located in an old idyllic centre , in a pedestrian's zone free of motor traffic. However, there are parking lots for our guests adjacent to our houses. The central shopping area is within a short walking distance.
Our apartment is fully furnished. It offers a separate living room, cable TV with a large variety of programs (with some English programs), a modern built-in kitchen with dish washer, modern oven, microwave, bathroom, separate toilet, with a spacious south balcony or terrace, displaying a fine view to the impressive summits of the 'Wetterstein' and 'Karwendel' mountains.
The apartment is newly built and equipped with solid-wood furniture. The apartments come with 1-4 bedrooms and with a size of 40-160 m².
