In our exquisitely furnished, spacious service apartments our guests immediately feel at home – whether for a short stay or as a second residence for longer stays. They are located right in the heart of Munich - just 500-600 yards from the Marienplatz in one direction and the Hofgarten in the other direction. The studio and 1 bedroom apartments have a floor area of 30-58 square metres [approx. 350-700 sq.ft.] and are intended for a maximum of two to four people. They are furnished with double beds (queen-size or king-size) with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, kitchen (in some cases with breakfast bar), dining table with two to four chairs, couch, armchair, stool, cabinet with LCD TV and DVD player, telephone with own number, bathroom with shower tray, wash stand and toilet. The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have a floor area of 61-91 square metres [approx. 750-1000 sq.ft.] and are intended for a maximum of four to six people. They comprise two or three double [or twin] bedrooms (queen-size or king-size) with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table with six chairs, couch, armchair, stool, cabinet with LCD TV and DVD player, telephone with own number, bathrooms with shower tray, wash stand and toilet. All apartments are fitted with parquet flooring (oak), tables, cupboards and bed elements made of fine walnut, marble and walnut wash stands. The kitchens contain crockery, glasses and cutlery, water kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Our rose garden in the inner courtyard is a haven of rest and relaxation – a true gem right in the centre of the old section of this Bavarian metropolis. As the season change our guests experience the wonderful colour play of the roses. A small fountain cools the air, its constant rippling calms you down in a pleasant way. And our little beer garden is a very special attraction. Beer from the Augustiner brewery flows here freely from the spring to late in the autumn!
