Pleasurably laid out and fashionable this 140m2 apartment east, west and south exposed faces the street and the courtyard, has a nice parquet floor, beautiful Empire motif’ molded white doors, and all the windows protected by Venetian blinds. It is mostly fit out with teak wood furniture. Placed on the 3rd French floor of an elegant 19th century building equipped with a security system, a concierge, and an elevator, it comfortably accommodates two couples.

Other double doors give access to the second part of the living room enclosing Empire green painted walls embellished by number of masterpiece paintings and molded outlines on the white ceiling, the whole set off by the herringbone patterned wooden floor. Attractively set out with a leather sofa, two Napoleon III armchairs, and club chairs around a sizeable square wooden coffee table, it also has a decorative white marble fireplace surrounded by a built in bookcase. Beside the two windows opening to the street is settled a prized antique globe map, a wide cable TV and VCR on a console.

At the bottom of the living room, to the right side, the light blue’ 21m2 master bedroom separated by another alluring white door. A beautiful sculpted mirror adorning a decorative old rose marble fireplace finely matches with sculpted panel above the bed, masterpiece drawings, area rug, and curtains garnishing the window. Back to the first part of the living room, to the left side evergreens adorn the walls of the pleasant light yellow painted corridor having a red and white tiled floor and four windows. It leads to a 20m2 studio with private bathroom.
The studio has a red tiled floor and a yellow painted little hall where are placed a bistro round table with two chairs, a built in closet with sliding doors, as well as a washing machine and a drying machine. To the left side it is light green painted furnished with a double bed, a small chest of drawers, shelves, paintings, and lamps. Three windows protected by ocher colored and white net curtains opening to the courtyard.
Mosaic blue tiled the bathroom encloses a tiled shower cabin with a ceiling mounted showerhead screened by a blue plastic curtain, a rectangular mosaic tiled washbasin, and toilet.
Little street comprising a few shops and restaurants situated in the privileged Madeleine district, a few steps from the Opera Garnier and from the luxurious Place Vendome where are the all the most renowned jewelers. Also close are important points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, and the beautiful Champs Elysées Avenue. In the whole neighborhood there are fashionable shops, gorgeous restaurants, very nice cafés, and diverse sorts of other services.
