The apartment lies in the attractive village of Praiano and you get there from the main road down the typical old alleyways for about 100 metres and then up a flight of steps that takes you right up to the entrance. This is a typical local building with domed ceilings, renovated and furnished in modern style with some antique furniture that blends nicely into the surroundings. It is equipped with air-conditioning, a dishwasher and a washing-machine.
A terrace on the upper floor and a shady veranda below allow you to enjoy the beautiful views of the coast and of Positano, which nestles among the rocks like a nativity scene.
The nearest pebble beach is at Gavitella, down flights of steps for about 500 metres. Or if you take the car you can go to the bay at Praia about 1.5 kms away where there are several restaurants and where you can take a walk along the shore to one of the most famous night-clubs along the coast. Shops and other useful services can be found at the centre of Praiano and are within 150m of Casa Vitella Apartment.
The village is a good starting-point for visits to the whole of the Amalfi Coast. Positano is about 7 kms away and can be reached by a convenient public transport service, Amalfi is 9 kms and Ravello 15 kms away.
Access to the villa is via about 75 steps. Accommodation: 200 mē - 6+2 pers. GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with fireplace and dining-room with access to the panoramic terrace, small living-room with double sofa-bed, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower.
