One of the most exclusive areas of Paris, this apartment is located in the 7th Arrondissement, very near the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River and the American Church. The Eiffel Tower is settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens; on the opposite side, across the Seine, is Trocadero Place. In this area you will find the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937. On the other side is the Hotel Royal des Invalides, built during the reign of King Louis XIV and a masterpiece of 17th century architecture. All sorts of fashion, conveniences and other shops, select restaurants and cafes are in this neighborhood.
