This private house is located just a few minutes from the Grand Boulevards, the Opéra, and Montmartre. Description:
This 3350 sq./ft private residence rises on six levels and walls in a living room, a dining room including an open kitchen, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, two terraces and an interior elevator.
Finished in 2003, the building was set up in a loft style with white walls and concrete floors and ceilings, on one side south exposed on a very calm street side, and opposite, north exposed and overlooking a private courtyard.
Provided with a videophone, the main door opens to a small hall and to a second door equipped with a security code,
which opens to the facing elevator.
