We offer a large, newly refurbished house of 278 m2 which was built in 1990 in Gümbet, about 5 km [3 miles] from the centre of Bodrum.
It can accommodate up to 8 people in comfort. There is a fully refitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, two excellent tiled bathrooms with both bath and shower, a large living/dining room and six other rooms.
You can also take advantage of the opportunity to get fit with a variety of equipment, including a treadmill [with sea view!], dumbbells, gym mat and stomach-tensioner.
Our house has central heating and plentiful hot water. The piped water is not suitable for drinking, but supplies of drinking water are available. The electric supply can fluctuate, so candles and matches are provided in all rooms and the solid-fuel fire can always provide a bit of romance.
We live next door and, although your house is self-contained, we are available if you need any advice. If repairs are needed we can deal with them immediately.
We have a garden with banana bushes, almond and lemon trees, a fountain, a floodlit table tennis area, a terrace, a a 30m2 balcony and a 100 m2 roof terrace which looks out over the sea and Bodrum by night. The beach is only ten minutes walk away.
