Our villa is privately owned and regularly used by the proprietors.
The villa sleeps up to 10 people in its four bedrooms and benefits from a large lounge and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Its private pool and gardens are regularly maintained to ensure your stay is a safe and pleasant one.
The villa is conveniently located between the picturesque harbour town of Fethiye and Calis. The beach is a 10-15 minutes walk and the bustling towns of Fethiye and Calis with its nice restaurants and beach front bars are only a short Dolmus (bus) ride away.
The front door has its own terrace which is elevated from the gardens, when you open the front door you walk into the main hall which leads to all the rooms on the ground floor and also has the superb marble staircase with its wrought iron banister. The first door you come to is the downstairs bathroom which is fully tiled. In the bathroom is where we have put the safe to store all your valuables. The safe (which is a full sized heavy duty safe not a safety deposit box!) is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. Please be extremely careful with the keys as there is a substantial charge to open the safe and replace the keys if they are lost. In the hall is a shoe cupboard and also a wardrobe and storage unit to store any excess clothing etc.
The large kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would expect to find at home (including a can opener and a corkscrew!!) There is ample provision for crockery and cutlery to serve up a substantial meal for 10 people and all the pots, pans and other essential kitchen items you will need. The kitchen itself is has ample storage units and loads of marble worktops to give lots of room for preparing meals. There is a full size 4 burner gas hob and extractor with a separate combination oven/grill as well as a kettle and electric toaster and of course a dishwasher. There is also a large American style fridge/freezer to keep the beer cool. There is a fly screen on the kitchen window.
Go through the double doors into the lounge area and be greeted with 2 comfortable couches to sit and enjoy the free television with English channels via satellite and also a DVD player (bring your own choice of favorite films). The DVD player also doubles as a CD system so you can listen to your favorite tunes which you should bring with you. The lounge and dining area are AIR CONDITIONED for your comfort. We have also provided a Sony Playstation One with 2 controllers so the kids (and big kids!!) don't miss out on there gaming whilst away from home (again bring your own games with you, or pick up some real bargains at the market where Playstation games,CDs and DVDs are a few pounds each!). The dining area has a dining table and chairs for that family breakfast in the mornings. If you go through the sliding double patio doors you will find yourself on the rear terrace which has 2 tables and ample chairs to enjoy the evening sunset with a cool drink as well as access to the rear garden and pools. The dining area has a large glass display unit which a small selection of books and magazines for you to browse through. There is a fly screen on the dining room window.
After you climb the stairs you end up on the first floor landing. The first door on this floor is the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower at one end. There is also the toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 1: Large room with 1 full size double bed and 1 single bed. All the beds in the villa have thin 4.5 tog continental quilts and 1 pillow This room has a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and mirror. There is access to the balcony where you can overlook the garden and pool and watch the sun go down. This room has AIR CONDITIONING. This room has a fly screen on the window.
Bedroom 2: Smaller twin bedded room with wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Again continental quilts on the beds and access to the balcony where you can overlook the garden and pool and watch the sunsets. This room also has a fly screen on the window.
Bedroom 3: Larger twin bedded room with wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Again continental quilts on the bed and access to the only front facing balcony in the house where you can watch the sun rising over the mountains. This room has a fly screen on the window.
The top floor bedroom is very large it has its own en suite bathroom with shower (1 solar powered and 1 electric in case you run out of hot water). The bathroom has a toilet and washbasin and is fully tiled.
The top floor is extremely spacious and bright with double glazed windows and bright sunny skylights. On this floor you will find the separate laundry (yes really! the Turkish way is to have the laundry away from the kitchen, as the Turks say "you don't cook your washing!!") with its 2 washing machines, iron and ironing board and drying racks. You will also find 2 retractable washing lines and pegs on the ground floor rear terrace to dry your washing really quickly in the sun. Also on this floor you will find the storeroom for all your suitcases and baggage so as not to clutter up your bedrooms with cases. The bedroom has a full size double bed and a single bed both with continental quilts and for families with babies this is the room to have as there is adequate space for the travel cot which is provided FREE of charge with bedding if required. This room also has a wardrobe and dressing table with mirror as well as two bedside cabinets. The window has a fly screen. THIS ROOM IS AIR CONDITIONED.
