Villa Francesca is located with the exclusive Royal Westmoreland community, which is known as one of the top ten residential golfing resorts in the world. It is a stunning seven bedroom mansion with uninterrupted views across Royal Westmoreland golf course and beyond to the Caribbean Sea. Custom designed, using local and traditional materials the villa looks directly across the 18th fairway and is some 40 yards from the 18th green and is set among 1.2 acres of landscaped gardens with a beautiful cascading water feature From the gated entrance, a driveway leads to the double height Port Cochere where guests enter through double fronted mahogany doors leading to the circular entrance hall. This hall is over 30 ft high and at roof level opens into a cupola glass dome. From the hall, there is access to a large living room to the left, the media/family room to the right or straight ahead onto the colonnaded external terrace. This crescent shaped terrace sweeps around the west elevation of the house hugging the 55 ft long oval shaped swimming pool. Covered seating and sun deck areas flank the pool. Arranged over three floors, Villa Francesca is a spacious and airy mansion with seven en suite bedrooms. It has been beautifully furnished throughout in an elegant Caribbean style with Saturnia stone floors. The master bedroom suite includes a separate writing room, a walk-in wardrobe and beautiful mahogany floors. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are located on the first floor while bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are located at garden level. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, en suite bathrooms and bedrooms 2 and 3 have private balconies with breathtaking views to the sea. The exquisitely furnished reception room has coffered ceilings and an open writing area, while the family room has a huge media centre. The dining room at Villa Francesca is beautifully designed with one side open onto the infinity swimming pool. The exposed pickled pine ceiling is 18ft in height and there is a 15ft solid coral stone dining table seating up to 14 guests. There is access from the dining room on to the kitchen as well as to the shell stone area around the pool. A low central light and wall lights create a magical atmosphere offset by large wooden candelabras.
