Villa Birrawa is ideally located for admiring the magnificent sunsets of Bali. On the west coast of
the island, the park and villa complex directly overlooks the beach and is a true haven of relaxation. Yet it
is only 15 minutes from the lively streets of Bali, Legian and Seminyak, where you will find high-quality
shopping, restaurants of all nationalities, pleasant cafés and nightclubs. You can enjoy the park,
measuring one hectare and dotted with palm trees, coconut trees, frangipani trees and large trees that
provide shade for you to enjoy your lunch undisturbed. With its 150 meters of sea front, the park offers
you a space which is ideal for healthful activities. It is an excellent place for walking, playing or relaxing.
The lawn is perfectly maintained; three Hindu temples grace the garden and allow you to observe the
interesting flurry of daily offerings. There is a panoramic view of the bay of Kuta and Jimbaran and at
night the fishermen’s lanterns make the horizon sparkle like so many fireflies, adding to the magic of the
park’s romantic lighting (half electric, half candles).
Located in the centre of the garden, the 14 m by 7 m overflow pool is an idyllic relaxation area in
harmony with nature. Surrounded by a pond where the fish play hide-and-seek with papyrus, water lilies
and lotuses, you will discover a set of attractive fountains.
The Beach:
With its 150 metres of sea front, a private beach awaits you for sunbathing, lunch under the shade of parasols
or dinner by candle or torch light. You can also enjoy a massage under the beach bale, listening to the sound of
the powerful waves of the Indian Ocean.
The Bale:
The bale, a living area of the villa, is composed of a traditional welcome bale that opens onto a
large reception room, a dining room, which can accommodate about 30 guests, a bar, a TV room, library and a large
sunbathing terrace which overhangs the garden. The bale is a convivial area where guests can meet for a drink, dine
together, and relax.
The Bolare suite, which faces the sea and is located on the first floor, is very spacious and enjoys an
exceptional view of the Indian Ocean and the entire bay of Kuta and Jimbaran. It opens onto an
overhanging terrace, which overlooks all of the park’s beauty, a private massage room and an idyllic
bathroom. Its shower pathway will amaze you, as well as its outside Jacuzzi that overlooks the sea and
provides complete relaxation with its giant plasma screen television, on which you can enjoy a film. An
outside living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and two children’s bedrooms complete the ground
floor of the suite. The décor, a perfect combination of minimalist and Balinese style, is punctuated with
Indonesian primitive art sculptures and paintings by contemporary artists such as Dali, Arman, César and

Bali Suite is a set of two houses with a private garden. The first Bali Suite is a large suit with an indoor
huge rain-heads shower which communicates with an open air private garden with a stone bathtubs and a
hammock between two palms. The second Bali Suite has a twin-bedroom, en-suite bathroom with
standing shower and a nanny room. Its garden is specially adapted for child activities, with a trampoline.
