This Alpine villa with 5 bedrooms in quiet setting with panoramic views over Lake Geneva is near Evian and Montreux and is excellent for skiing. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful location and is accessed by a small tree-lined lane. There are panoramic views over Lake Geneva, the Swiss Alps and Lausanne The accommodation is on one level with 5 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin, 2 singles), 2 with ensuite facilities In the lounge there is an open wood burning fireplace and large 9-seater dining table. TV and video. The kitchen/utility room is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine). In the dining room there is a sofa bed and beautiful views of the lake and garden. Outside there are over 3 acres of private garden and forest with barbecue and patio equipment - Safe for children and dogs. Fruit trees and loose stone patio surround the villa and there are uninterrupted views of Lake. There is enough room for 6 to 7 cars to park. The local ski resort is Thollon – 5 mins drive, open December 22nd to March 31st. Chatel, Morzine, Les Gets are about 40 mins drive
