Completely fenced and gated within an enclusive enclave on Virgin Gorda's scenic leeward coast, this ultra-deluxe estate offers luxury and seclusion in an unforgettable tropical setting. The estate overlooks the Caribbean and is surrounded by several of the world's most beautiful beaches, including The Baths, Devil's Bay, Spring Bay, and Valley Trunk Bay. The property is located on an incredible white-sand beach, which is only steps away from the vanishing edge pool. In addition to the pool (10' x 20'x 5' deep), the property features a hard- court tennis court and beautiful grounds laid out with luxurious gardens, vibrant flowers, and tall palm trees. The 4 bedroom/5 bath estate includes five pavilions, well separated for maximum privacy. The four king bedroom pavilions are air-conditioned and have spectacular sea views. The Tennis Pavilion is next to the private tennis court, and has its own living room and kitchenette; a circular staircase climbs to the rooftop pergola for sea views. The Valley Trunk Pavilion is located next to the pool terrace and the Great Room. The upper Sugar Mill Pavilion offers fantastic views of The Baths and the west coast of Virgin Gorda. The lower Sugar Mill Pavilion is next to the expansive freshwater pool terrace and the exquisite Great Room. All of the bedroom pavilions are uniquely decorated and furnished, with private bath, ceiling fans, mini-fridges, and phones. The Great Room offers a formal dining area that seats 12 guests, an informal dining area on the terrace, private half-bath, an ultra-gourmet kitchen, several different seating areas, and a fully equipped office area. A cook is available upon request. Amenities include: satellite TV, DVD, stereo with speakers throughout, movie and music collections, books, games, wet bar, icemakers, computer with email and Internet access, multi-line phones, fax, answering machine, gas grill, dishwasher, generator.
