This property is situated between two charming villages - Grimaud and La Garde Freinet, with St-Tropez and the beaches only 15 kilometers away. It therefore offers a unique blend of countryside calm and quietness in the middle of the beautiful untouched nature of the Maures forest, and is the same time very close to the vibrant and trendy 'Côte d'Azur'.
The property provides the most demanding guests with an exceptional environment to spend relaxing vacations.
Up to 15 guests can enjoy this oasis of peace. The separation in to three houses makes it an ideal retreat for a group of families: all fully renovated, furnished and decorated in warm and authentic Provence style.
But the biggest asset of this property is for sure the beautiful Mediterranean nature in and around the property, including a vineyard, olive groves, flowers and lavenders around the houses, and the Maures forest (Aleppo pines, oaks, fig and chestnut trees) everywhere around it. This is a heaven with kids who after long explorations might spend their time by the 15x5 m heated swimming pool, shaped as an old water basin of the region, with a large sunbathing terrace and a wooden pool house sheltering a cool shaded sitting and dining area.
Speaking of dining. It is not difficult to see that this is not only heaven for kids but also for gourmets. There are not many private villas with a fully-fledged 'garage winery', including 6 stainless steel fermentation vats, a hydraulic vertical press, ageing oak barrels, and a bottling/corking unit.
The property comprises a 1 acre 'Cote de Provence A.O.C' (Appelation d'Origine Controlée) vineyard, growing Syrah and Grenache vines. The charming gardener will certainly be pleased to introduce you to the secrets of good wine making. Of course we'd be pleased to book a local gourmet chef for you.

Equipment: The North Wing of the main house comprises a large sitting room with a fireplace, flat TV a dining room, a study, and a modern kitchen. Adjacent to the sitting room and accessed by two stone arches, is a large terracotta terrace surrounded by flowers and trees.
The terrace includes a pergola covered outdoor dining area for up 16 people, a large stone barbecue, and an umbrella covered sitting area.
On the left hand of the entrance you find the master suite with en suite bathroom (shower and tub) and kitchenette. Separate terrace with outdoor jacuzzi. Single bedroom en suite (shower). Double bedroom (twin) en suite (shower).
1st level: Double bedroom en suite (tub).
The guesthouse is located next to the main 'Mas'. It can be accessed either by the main Mas's terrace, or by a separate stone staircase. The second cottage comprises 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom also has its own kitchenette. Behind the cottage is a private terrace which can be used for dining or sunbathing.
The 3rd cottage is an independent house some 50 m uphill from the main house and is close to the swimming pool. It is ideally fitted to lodge a family with 2 children. The house has two double bedrooms with toilets and bath/shower room, a very large sitting/dining room with an open kitchen, and a large fireplace in typical Provence style. The outdoor dining terrace in front of the house has a magnificent view over the olive grove, the property and the hills nearby.
The 15x5 heated swimming pool is built in the style of an old water basin and is framed with large old stones from the region. Its stone covered terrace, with 8 long deck chairs and large umbrellas, is perfectly equipped for relaxing and sunbathing. A few meters away, a large wooden pool house provides a comfortable shaded area. It comprises a bar with cooler, a dining area for 10, and a sitting area.
