Our superb air conditioned villa and private pool are situated in a sub tropical garden with large palm trees and a dream-of-a-panoramic-view on the Cannes-Mandelieu-Riviera Golf Club and the Esterel mountains, just three minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and 20 minutes from Nice International Airport.
The well-to-do residential villa area is quietly situated and only just two minutes from a huge super market, and other shops for your daily croissants, baguettes, newspapers and magazines.
Excellent garden and pool furniture. Dining inside and outside. The pool area has been fenced off according to French Law. Our villa is a very clean villa where everything works properly and comes with a cleaning lady, minimum twice a week and a 24/7 emergency standby service.
The villa is light and airy and in addition to the air conditioning systems there is a double air refreshing system that runs 24 hours per day.
Ample and safe parking behind remotely controlled garden gate.
