Villa Felicite(10 to 16 persons) is a modern and luxury holiday home, panoramically located in the green hills directly surrounding the centre of cosmopolitan Nice.
From the villa you have many great views; from the deep blue Mediterranean Sea to the Southern Alps and from the city of Nice itself to the mountains that surround Monaco. It is only a 5 minutes drive to the beach, the famous 'Promenade des Anglais' and the cosy Nice city centre. Only a few minutes to the historic Russian church / neighbourhood.
The villa is entirely renovated and newly decorated in 2002. 'Villa Felicite' has a large living-room with in the evening view over the enlightened city of Nice.
Furthermore the villa has an Italian designed fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Outside the house there is an enlightened private swimming pool, many terraces, a pool-house, a garage and a large 3500 sq. meters tropical garden with palms and many fruit trees.
