This 19th century Tuscan farmhouse villa and converted barn are set in 17 acres of the most charming countryside, just eight minutes walk from the historic town of San Gimignano. You will be close to San Gimignano (one of the most perfect medieval towns in Italy), enjoying complete rural seclusion, a good-sized private pool (36' by 18'), and outdoor dining terraces with views. There is easy access to Siena, Florence and Volterra. The main house has just been equipped with a brand new marble and terracotta kitchen & terrace, with BBQ and outside dining furniture & views. The second house, the newly converted barn, is self-contained, and also has patios with views on which to dine! Barn and house can be rented together or separately (if separately, there is the possibility that the pool might be shared).
