This beautiful, newly built townhouse is located in Ornos Bay, a peaceful and picturesque
area in the southwest corner of Mykonos. The townhouse is part of a private gated
community overlooking the shared swimming pool. The townhouse is set back to give you
complete privacy from the pool area, with no other homes behind it.
It is
about two miles from Mykonos Town and the airport, and about 300 yards from the
beach, where you will find a variety of restaurants right on the water. The nearest shops,
including a 24-hour bakery, are just 5 minutes' walk away. There is music nightly at Ornos
Bay, and of course, Mykonos Town is very close by for even more nightlife options. At the
beach, water taxis can take you to other beaches in the area. There is also local bus
service, to visit other beaches or for the 10-minute ride to town.
Casa Ioanna
is a two-story townhouse with two queen-size bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room
(with a queen-size sofabed and arched doors opening to the veranda), fully equipped
open-plan kitchen, front veranda overlooking the pool and a back porch off the kitchen.
The interiors feature ceilings decorated with traditional-style wooden beams, stone floors,
and in the the living room, an engraved marble border. The furnishings are comfortable
and attractive, and all of the rooms have area rugs. Very well equipped with air
conditioner, microwave oven, washer/dryer, and TV/DVD/CD home theater system.
Telephone and high-speed Internet. Linens and beach towels included. Weekly maid
service. Handyman on site.
