This newly renovated 5 bedroom villa will enchant you with its spectacular location, its open spaces and the comfortable way it is decorated and laid out. Situated on a the surrounding resort, the newly renovated house offers stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and of the beautiful sandy beaches. If you are lucky you may spot whales and dolphins swimming by. A 2500 m² mature garden with high palm trees, mature olive trees, oleander and cacti surrounds the villa. The Villa is built in the style of the Spanish Fincas - in all rooms there are terracotta floors, the ceilings are built with 500 years old wooden beams. The pool area with a large terrace and lawn areas for sun bathing has direct access to the beach. The villa is comfortable in every season of the year, and offers plenty of space for up to 10 people. The lower ground floor consists of a shady patio and three bedrooms with their own bathroom each. Two bedrooms face the pool and the ocean and the third bedroom looks onto the patio. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom, four bedrooms have sea views. The room to the patio is nice for children or as maid´s room. A car is a must.
