The villa features a screened swimming pool (facing southwest for all-day sunshine), a large deck and garden, a covered lanai for al fresco dining, and a gas barbecue. There are excellent golf courses in the vicinity.
The house is fully air conditioned and includes 4 bedrooms (master bedroom with king-size bed, view of the pool, cable TV and DVD, and en-suite bathroom with access to the pool; double bedroom; and 2 twin rooms); 2 bathrooms; living room opening onto the pool area; fully equipped kitchen; and double garage with laundry area. Amenities: cable TV, DVD and video players (plus a selection of kids' DVDs and videos, as well as board games), stereo, microwave oven, dishwasher, comfortable outdoor furniture. Security alarm on patio doors.
The pool has a shallow end that is suitable for toddlers and children. Pool heating is available on request at an additional daily charge. The owners advise: use of the pool blanket during the months of September to April will keep the pool warm when not in use.
