The patio is spacious but cozy as the casa enfolds around it. A built in grill is adjacent to the patio so cooking out has never been easier or more enjoyable. And if you get too hot you can always cool off in the sparkling Infiniti pool while the kabobs are grilling…need we say more?
The living room area opens to the patio where a refreshing breeze brings in the sounds of the ocean. Just sit back & listen to music or watch your favorite TV on the cable network.
Down the hall from the living area are two bedrooms and a den with queen sofa sleeper.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath with shower. Air conditioning is available in the room for a cooler night’s sleep. The second bedroom has a queen bed with bath and air conditioning. In the den you’ll find a sleeper sofa, air conditioning, and a sliding glass door that allows for access to the pool.
A gardener/guard lives on site in a casita in front of the house. There is daily maid service.
