The walls are clad in velvet padded material and all the doors and cabinetry are made from cherry wood. The balconies are very large with wrap-around walkways, shrubbery plus outdoor furniture. All curtains and fabrics are top of the range and the colour scheme has been coordinated by an interior designer. There is an acre of water outside the apartment where ships used to tie up off the river in the last century.
